As many of you know, I have a son named Garrison who is 9 years old and is Autistic. I received this article via my yahoo Autism group and could not resist sharing it. Even though the likes/dislikes descriptions do not fit Garrison to a "T", everything else does. There is something amazing and quite special about my son. Everybody just falls in love with him. I am the luckiest mom on earth to have been blessed with such a sweet little boy.
Wow Garrison is so grown up! He still and always had had a special place in my Heart! I love him! Sorry its been so long since I've wrote. In addition of being my kids mom and working I'm on the Board of the Queen Creek Preforming Art Center and very involved in the upcoming play, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Love, Marilyn
I am a newly widowed mom of four beautiful children. My oldest son has Autism and my 3 daughters are all mother hens to him..or bosses. Depends on the day. We are a strong family that is just trying to figure out this new life of ours.

That was a well said article. And we love Garrison because of who he is. He is a blessing for sure.
I loved that article, Heather. Thank you so much for sharing it!
Nathaniel just mentioned how he missed Garrison the other day because someone said it was autism awareness month. Nathaniel still calls it "auti-ism".
